The BETTY line, designed by Elisabetta Freda, is an intimate tribute to heritage, memory, and materiality. Inspired by a chair created by her father, it reflects a subtle dialogue between personal legacy and contemporary exploration. Merging the strength of metal with the softness of fabric, each piece in the BETTY line integrates naturally into its surroundings, while the textile brings warmth and sensitivity to the forefront. The line stands out for the fluid continuity of its forms: armrests and legs trace gentle curves that soften the rigidity of the metal. Both strong and delicate, BETTY places function at the heart of its design, without ever compromising the emotion of the gesture or the precision of its lines. The name BETTY is a personal homage, drawn from her own nickname, Betta, and from her grandmother, also named Elisabetta, who was called Betty while living in the United States. Through these pieces, the designer reaffirms her identity as a craftswoman, embracing fine detailing and perfectly balanced proportions.
