Alex Kravetz Design

Based in London's elegant Marylebone district, the Landmark Hotel, whose decor has been supervised by the Alex Kravetz Design studio since its opening in 1993, has recently undergone a facelift with a new version of its winter garden. 

Fabrics

Inspired by majestic glasshouses such as the palm grove at Kew Gardens and the orangery at Syon Park, the winter garden offers one of the largest atriums in Europe. The sophisticated, relaxing ambience of the space is enhanced by the choice of a range of colors combining blue, green and gold, directly inspired by the remarkable plumage of peacocks. The use of Braquenié's ZAO and Fadini Borghi's LOGGIA velvets on the hotel's various seating areas adds a contemporary touch to the decor and completes the harmony of this timeless setting.
