The Kudanil Explorer is a former oil tanker converted into a cruise ship on Indonesian seas. Its refurbishment, entrusted to the decorator Alix Thomsen, uses warm and natural materials - fabric, wood, "Cassiopeia" straw wall covering - to counterbalance the industrial aesthetic of the vessel.

Fabrics

In a perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional Asian objects, Kudanil uses the outdoor fabrics of the Maison Pierre Frey, highly resistant weaves woven in the innovative Acrylic Dralon fibre, whose simple geometric patterns harmoniously match the atmosphere of the journey and the boat, both elegant and exotic.
