Jacquemus « THE NEW YORK BOUTIQUE »

French designer Simon Porte Jacquemus has opened the doors of his first United States showroom in New York's trendy Soho district. The space, entirely dedicated to his ready-to-wear creations, bags and accessories, was designed by OMA, a long-standing partner who had already worked on the design of the brand's Paris headquarters.

Fabrics

Nestled in the heart of a nineteenth-century house, modernised by an extension added in the 2000s, the interior reveals meticulous craftsmanship and a focus on bespoke pieces and collectables. The whitewashed walls and Burgundy stone floor blend with the SHABBY and MICHA linen fabrics from Maison Pierre Frey, which cover the seats in luminous, natural tones. The high-performance In-Outdoor BELLAGIO fabric, with its small herringbone pattern forming a two-tone graphic stripe, reinforces the ‘Provençal pop’ spirit of the space. Pierre Frey is honoured to have contributed to the creation of this unique and elegant space, known as ‘THE NEW YORK BOUTIQUE’ by Jacquemus.
